Every Reliquia pendant is made to order in Los Angeles. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.

Each pendant is individually cast, set, finished, and inspected by hand before leaving the studio.

Because each center diamond is individually selected within a 1.80–1.90-carat range, its exact measurements, color, and clarity may vary. The diamond specifications and IGI grading report will be shared for your approval before setting.

The center stone is a lab-grown diamond independently graded by the International Gemological Institute.

Its original IGI laboratory-grown diamond report accompanies the finished pendant and documents the diamond’s carat weight, measurements, color, clarity, polish, symmetry, and identifying report number.

The exact diamond specifications and grading report will be provided for your review and approval before the diamond is set.

Orders within the continental United States ship complimentary. Every Reliquia pendant is fully insured while in transit, includes tracking, and requires a signature upon delivery.

A confirmation email and tracking information will be sent as soon as your pendant leaves the studio. Please provide a secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

Because Reliquia is individually made to order, all purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want you to feel fully informed before purchasing. Questions about the diamond, dimensions, chain, customization, or delivery are always welcome, and the diamond specifications will be shared for approval before setting.

If your pendant arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order details, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can make it right.

Adjustments to the chain length may be available upon request. Please contact us before ordering to discuss the desired length, any associated cost, and whether the change will affect the production timeline.

Variations in diamond size or metal may also be possible. More substantial changes may require adjustments to the pendant’s proportions and construction and will be quoted individually.

All customization must be confirmed before production begins. Customized and altered pieces are considered final sale.

Reliquia is created in solid 14k gold and diamond for lasting wear, but its fine chain and suspended accent stone should be handled with care.

Remove the necklace before sleeping, exercising, swimming, bathing, or using household chemicals. Avoid pulling on the suspended diamond or its connecting elements.

To clean the pendant at home, use warm water, a small amount of mild soap, and a very soft brush. Rinse carefully and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and at-home ultrasonic or steam-cleaning equipment.

Store the necklace separately with the chain laid flat to help prevent tangling and unnecessary contact with other jewelry.

If you notice looseness in either setting, damage to the chain, or a change in the movement of the accent diamond, discontinue wear and contact us. The pendant can be assessed for professional cleaning, inspection, or repair, with any applicable cost confirmed before work begins.
