- One of a Kind Items - One of a kind items are finished and ready to go.
- Made to Order Items - Made to order items are designs that I have created, but need to make yours, for you! Made to order items on average take 3-4 weeks to ship. Each made to order item will say in it's product description it's exact production time, as some may vary. Please be aware of this before placing your order. When you submit your order you are acknowledging that you agree to the mentioned timeline. Refunds will not be given because of production time. Holidays can and may affect production time in some cases. If you are concerned about this, I am happy to update you at any time during the production process. If you need an order rushed, in some cases, I can rush the production time for a fee. Please email me if you need something rushed.
- Custom Work - Custom work timelines will be estimated in the initial phases of the custom process.
Rush order — If you need your order by a guaranteed date; please get in contact with me me before placing your order. I will let you know what is possible. There may or may not be an additional fee for a rush order depending on certain circumstances. I am more than happy to discuss with you.
I will ship your order in about 3-5 business days after your item is finished. This time allows me to give your piece a good polish so that you receive it in it's absolute best condition. Additionally, I need time to pack your order and prepare it for shipment.

To ensure you receive the value of your item(s) in the event of loss, theft or damage; you must purchase shipping insurance at checkout.
If your order is lost, stolen or damaged and you have not insured your order; I can’t offer a replacement or a refund. Purchasing insurance will protect you so you are not at a complete loss after your package goes missing. If you decide not to purchase insurance, you are forfeiting the value of the package if it were lost, stolen or damaged.
As a small business, I can’t take a loss due to the post office mishandling or miss delivering a package. If your item is being transited through a mail carrier, please insure it. That way if it doesn’t arrive for any reason, you’ll get a reimbursement, and I can remake your item for you.
Signature confirmation If you place an order using Paypal and your order value is $750 or greater, it will be sent with signature confirmation and you will have to sign for it upon delivery. This is a requirement set by Paypal.
