Refund policy
RETURNS
We do not accept refund returns on our items. You can exchange an item or get store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, there will be no exchanges accepted. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need an item adjusted in size or chain length after you have received it, please reach out to me so I can have it resized, or help to find you a local jeweler who can make the correct adjustments.
Custom items are final sale, and may not be exchanged or given store credit for.
Please do not send your item back without emailing.

Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If there should be any issues, we will do everything we can to resolve it for you in a fair manner for both parties.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sublimityjewelry@gmail.com
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange or credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
